BBC - IS "MAN FLU " REAL?

Friday May 21st.

Just the other day we were talking about BOYS AND GIRLS, and then about ILLNESSES and GOING TO THE DOCTOR’S, remember?

Today I invite you to listen to Dan and Neil talking about a rather controversial topic: MAN FLU.

YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO HAND THIS IN, JUST GATHER AS MUCH INFO AS YOU CAN and BE READY to talk about it in class on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2ND.

A couple of ideas to guide you:

• In a survey conducted by Nuts magazine that asked its readers how long they took to recover from a cold or flu, where women put an average of 1.5 days, what did men put?

a) 1 day

b) 2 days

c) 3 days

• What is “MAN FLU”?
• What do the BRITISH COUPLE say ?
• What does the DUTCH WOMAN say?
• What does Doctor Kyle Sue say?

I hope you like the work!

HAPPY WEEKEND!
